This Apple Cinnamon and Blueberry Oatmeal is a great way to start your morning and day off right.
Ingredients
*1 1/2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
*1 Honeycrisp Apple
*1/4 cup Brown Sugar
*1/4 cup Fresh Blueberries
*1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
*1/2 cup 1% Milk
Crop apple into cube size pieces leave skin on. Add apples into a pot of water and boil over medium-high heat. Once apples get a little tender add in Oats and boil for about 5mins. Reduce heat to medium-low add in milk , brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir well let simmer for about 3mins then add in blueberries. Turn off stove stir all together and Enjoy!
